pasword manager in the windows client

Using win 10 /64 B Ver21H2 with free Avira 1.1.6

The online password works fine.

This is a desktop client problem.

Until a week ago, it was working fine.  I remember a large windows update several days ago.

now under privacy, on clicking the passwords tab I will get "oops something went wrong"

"A network request failed" Context UserExistsRoute

I can no longer get to my passwords and must go to the online site every time.
