Avira.Spotlight.Service.Worker.exe left after uninstallation

Hi, I recently uninstalled Avira to troubleshoot several things, but I noticed that in the Task Manager Startup tab there is an Avira process called Avira.Spotlight.Service.Worker.exe, can someone please assist me in removing it? Thank you. 

I have removed all Avira files, program files, programdata, local, etc.

Operating system: Windows 11
