    You have unfortunately provided us with very small amount of information, so we can't get a picture of your issue.

    • Where did you order which Avira license, in the Avira Online Shop or in the App Store?
    • Do you have an Apple customer account
    • With which account did you try to buy Avira?

    Only with exact details about your BS , with which you tried to order a subscription (exact name), we can get an idea.
