Help - Avira will not let me use my Utorrent app

Dear Sirs,

Please help...:-(

"My utorrent app is now in Quarantine (I have used this app for +- 15 years"

The URL to utorrent is : https://www.utorrent.com/downloads/win/

I have deleted Avira and uTorrent, then re- installed them.

Avira always Quarantines my uTorrent.exe
