    Here the community is a public user2user forum, we do not have access to your account.
    A refund can take 2 - 14 days, maybe longer, it depends on your bank with which you process the refund.

    Questions about your license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account via email in accordance with GDPR.

    We have also seen that you have already contacted support 2 times and have already created 2  tickets there. You will receive further information in your ticket to prevent further duplicate processing of your question. Thank you for your understanding.

    I’m getting no support from you.  I’m trying to cancel, but your cancel and refund windows disappears before I can do anything.  Please help.
