not getting full speedup on laptop

I'm not getting the same speedup options on my laptop as on my desktop (both W7). On my desktop I can clean all files, can select what to clean. On my laptop I have a simplified version of the optimizer, which finds gbs but only cleans mbs.

  Hello Rachel,

  From the information you have given us, it is difficult for us to get an idea. We don't know your exact license (pay or free version) nor technical data of your Win 7 installation. What do you mean by "simplified version"?
  You are writing here in the community, an user2user forum, we have no access to your account and your installation.

  Well, as Windows 7 is quite old and for a long time don't supported by Microsoft, please make sure that you're using the latest state of Windows 7. 

  If you're using a paid version of Avira it's might be better to get in touch with the Avira support team. Due to limited possibilities, it's quite difficult to support outdated operating systems within a forum.  Thanks for your understanding.
