Avira Password Manager in Chrome always re-installs

Every time I start Chrome it prompts me to install the Avira Password Manager add-on.

I do not want it because, with all due respect for Avira, I already have a password manager.

I stopped it from installing in Firefox and it has never prompted me to install since, but Chrome prompts me every time I start it and when I have to enter a password it gets in the way of my other password manager.

How do I stop the Avira Password Manager add-on from constantly trying to install on Chrome?

I use Windows 10 and Avira Security 1.1.62.27078
