    So, you have installed 2 x the free Avira version?

    Did you follow the instructions below to uninstall it? See:
    Uninstallation of Avira for Windows – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira

    We cannot understand your problem with the password. We have no access to your installation. You did not tell us the installed OS.

    You can delete the unwanted account if no licenses are activated with it.
    Unfortunately, we cannot follow your information, especially the reset password.
