Good morning
On March 14, 2022, the cost of an annual subscription to AVIRA pro was charged to my paypal account. (see attachment below).
On my account (emailaddress removed) there is no subscription to download and I can't manage the subscription.
Please return the paid amount and cancel your subscription.
Please reply me back asap
