Avira Security isnt working also cannot deleted

Since last night my pc get blue screen constantly. when I check minidump folder i saw avgntflt.sys crashed. I cant delete avira either I cannot run. I reinstalled avira yet it didnt work again. How can I fix this?

  Unfortunately, we can't get a picture of your issue with the documents provided to us.

  Have you used the search engine of your choice to describe the error and tried to correct it?

  If the error still occurs after a reinstallation, then your OS installation would have to be checked.

  With the information available to us, we unfortunately cannot make a suggestion for troubleshooting.
  Have you done a manual reinstallation?
