Free Avira VPN

I let my Avira subscriptions lapse.
I do not want to renew them.
I am interested in trying the free VPN.
Is that possible?

We do not fully understand your question.
When a subscription is cancelled, you should normally see a Free version.
You can delete this and reinstall it as a Free version, or you can leave the existing installation running as Free. Of course, you may get a message from Avira that the version is running as Free and that the Pro version is recommended because it has expired.
