Can't get past Master Password in PWM

Hi

I’m having troubles accessing my PWM on my desktop and laptop. I log in, and it asks me for my master password, but when I enter the correct one it just goes back to the same screen asking for the master and won’t go into my account. I am using the correct password, because if I try the wrong one it will tell me that it’s wrong.

I am able to get in on my mobile devices, because I have fingerprint scans turned on there, but not on my desktop or laptop. I’m running Windows 11 with Chrome on both PCs. Both windows and chrome are up to date.

Any help would be appreciated.

  i know this isnt any help, but this same thing is happening with me and other users, I tried logging in on other computers, and it worked, but on my laptop it does not work
