Password Manager not working on some websites.

Do some websites block the use of Avira Password Manager?

I have it installed on a Win 11 desktop with Avira Pro,it works fine on most websites but on some although I get the option to add them to the PWM which it does without error, the website is not displayed in the PWM list and does not work when logiing on again. Notably it is my online banking website that fails in this way but it is not alone.

I note a couple of other posts with the same theme but no explanation or fix is shown.
