    Hello Johan,

    Have you ever checked the message again according to the following instructions:
    How do I submit suspicious files and URLs to Avira Virus Lab? – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira

    Why is the message displayed in the virus list now and not before?
    Maybe changes have been made that only now lead to this message? The message can only appear if an error has occurred.
    With the search engine of your choice, you can read about error messages in the last few days for this program.

    If something is still unclear, please let us know, we are pleased to help.

    Kind regards

    There seems to be a misunderstanding.

    I do not want to submit a file, but make sure a program (URBANVPN) does run as it did before.

    For some reason it now says there are suspicious files and puts them in quarantaine. I have put the installation file in the exceptions list of Avira but to not avail: when I execute the file, on installation avira still puts files from the installation into quarantaine.

    However, I am pretty sure there is nothing wrong with the service (except them selling your data if you don't stop that).

    So why is avira blocking urbanvpn? I don't know ........;
