2FA - No access to phone number
CompletedHey there,
Recently i've had my PC reset and i've gone and try to login to my account and it has 2FA with texts but i've got a new phone number and cannot access my old phone number to get the code to login. Please can I get some support?
(Notice: This is a new account just so I could get some support) :c

Update: I've tired everything and i'm unable to 'log in' to delete the 2FA so I can actually log in :c

There are problems if the phone number for confirmation is changed but has not been updated in the Avira customer account before.
This change can now only be made by the support team.
For this, we need a declaration of consent so that we can forward your contribution to the support team. Afterwards, the support team will contact you by email in accordance with the GDPR.
