I need to reload Avira again to my computer it is missing.

My computer has a virus which I lost all info and can only at times send a message. My product # is 327xxxxxx March 29, purchased online from you. I want to reload Avira on this computer again so I can try to find what the problem is.

Have my computer operating again but it will not let me reload Avira. 327xxxxxx brought March 29, so for Avira does not live up to the claim. I need step by step to reload.
