    Unfortunately, we can't get a picture with your information, we don't have access to your customer account or your installation here in the public community.

    • Which device do you use, exact description?
    • Which OS is installed on your computer, exact description with name, version number and the last update?
    • Which Avira version are you using, exact description and last update number.
