Unable to find setting for whitelist of scan & real time protection

Dear Community,

I tried to follow this guide

https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000850585-What-is-Avira-Real-time-protection-and-how-can-I-configure-it-

But I was unable to find the button for step 4.

There is a setting button on right side of "title bar" but it contains very few options(total different than the screenshot.

Anyone know where to find the setting of real time protection mentioned in step 4?
