How to get Avira to actually help you
Have an issue with Avira deleting files from one of the labtops. Contacted support (have Prime version) since there is no option anymore to exclude files or folders from the scan.
After several days and a bunch of info send, they just don't reply or do anything. It is not a really hard to figure out problem but they simply deny any response after first reaction of a mail which I needed to respond to . Have send report, etc but nothing seems to trigger any reaction at Avira to actually help me.
Bit of a let down to be honest, but is there any other way to get them to do something? If I see chat it says 'we are not avalaible right now' or something like that (greyed out) even though it was supposed to be 24/7 support...
