AnsweredHey Avira, I have an issue. I currently have a premium account with you guys. The problem is I no longer have the phone number linked to that account. I can't log in to cancel my renewal. As I need to log in to cancel, or even ask for support? You guys need some support ticket system for issues like this. I had to make this account, just to submit this post in the hopes you reply so I can access my account to cancel the renewal. Thanks in advance -Jaysen

If the access data is not up-to-date and correctly stored, no connection is possible.
