    Unfortunately, we cannot tell you what you are paying for.

    You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, personal data can and may neither be questioned nor answered in this forum in accordance with the Data Protection GDPR. Questions about your licence or installation can only be answered by the support team via your customer account by e-mail in accordance with the GDPR. Thank you for your understanding.
    Unfortunately, as a publicly accessible forum, we do not have access to your customer account.
    As a Premium customer, you can contact the support team directly from your customer account under "Support". 

    Please make sure that you are registered under 

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home

    with the access data (email address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.

    Afterwards, your licence will be displayed in your customer account under "Subscriptions" and you can contact support directly from there:

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans

    If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

    Your customer account with your licence data is located there, and all further questions can be answered from there.
