Need help: my account is now down graded to free account
CompletedI asked customer support for change from 5 devices to 25 devices offer.
Then, CS cancel and refund for 5 devices.
Then, I subscribed for 25 users and paid for it.
Now, my account is down graded to free and not activated for 25 devices.
My new order ref# is 333xxxxxx.

Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address and the password you have chosen for this license, with which you ordered the license. Your purchased license will then be displayed. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
