Full Scan fails to finish (on a Mac)
Using v. 1.12.4 on a Mac. . .
I have no problem running the Quick Scan and the Custom Scan, However, I've tried to run the Full scan three days in a row: Every time it freezes at ±79% complete.

Yesterday, I deleted Avira and reinstalled it. I ran the Full Scan and again, it didn't complete the scan, even overnight in Sleep mode. The duration setting continues to be active but your scanning of the Full Scan operation fails to complete the test, time and again.
I attempted to call but was on hold for 39 minutes! I then hung up.
Please help. Thank you.
I want to run a complete Full Scan but haven't been able to do that for three days in a row.
