program will not load

I have used the program for several months, no problems.  Now every time I try to load the Avira program to clean and speed up my computer, I get the following message:  Something didn't work as expected. Avira has been notified and will find a solution as soon as possible.

I have paid for a years complete service.  Would like to be able to use the program!
