Passwords saved on Mobile app don't show in Website on PC

Last night, I entered a password for a site on my iPhone SE (2nd gen) using the Password Manager App, and today went on the Chrome webpage version and the login info isn't there. How do I fix this? 

Note: I have the free version of Avira
