Wrong email address
CompletedDear Avira Support,
I purchased a new AVIRA ANTIVIRUS PRO -license in the Avira online shop. My reference number is 3xxxxxxx5.
My error was an invalid email address. I gave an email: email address removed. This email account does not exist. My email should be email address removed.
I cannot log in to my Avira account with the wrong email address. I already have Avira account at my gmail.com address.
Could you change my email address, please.

We have removed your personal data for your security. Please never post email addresses in a public forum.
Correcting an invalid email address is a lot of work.
We can't help you here in the community, we don't have access to your account.
You can't contact support unless you open an account with this email address and have it changed to the correct address with access to support, and then cancel it.You can also place a new correct order, which will take you to the Avira customer account. There you describe your process and ask for cancellation of the useless order.
Everything only works via the support team, we here in the publicly accessible community, an open forum, do not have access to customer accounts. Personal data may only be exchanged in a GDPR-compliant manner via email, and that only works via Avira Support.It is unfortunate, but we have no way to change your email address or transfer it to another account.
