    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your customer account nor to your installation.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (partly) telephone.
    From the support, access to your customer account and your installation is possible. From there, personal data (two-step verification) with special specifications can be processed with you from there, we do not have access to your data.
    Questions about your Avira version and your installation can unfortunately only be processed by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
