    It is regrettable that the important function context menu scanning does not appear.
    For some users, a new installation was helpful, unfortunately not always. Precise installation settings are important for this.

    Unfortunately, you did not give us any information about your installed OS and the Avira version.
    Your comment about the Avira firewall is unfortunately not completely understandable to us.
