    Please check your access data stored in your Avira customer account. You have two customer accounts, but one of your registrations has not been filled in correctly.
    With correctly entered personal access data in your Avira customer account, your login should also be executed correctly.

    We have no influence on the correct access data when logging in to the Avira customer account, only the owner of the account can enter this data.
