Can't log in again to PW Manager on my iphone!

Keeps saying my PW and email don't match but they really do so I changed my pw about 3 times still can't log on with my phone even though I can on my computer when I chage my pw on my phone! Sometimes I get this error " sorry a network error occurred, retry later"  My phone and computer never seem to sync for some reason! How can I fix this once and for all?
