    Unfortunately, we can't tell you why you are getting these messages.
    Could you please send us screenshots so that we can have a look at the messages?

    It is very surprising because you do not have Avira installed.
    To be on the safe side, it would be useful to check these messages, thank you for your efforts with the screenshots.

    Ha on my laptop it works :D. Later I got one from my own hometown.. Any idea how I got this without having Avira?

    Are you sure you never had Avira installed?

    Normally, these messages come up when you have logged in somewhere new or with new login data, to be sure that this unusual login really comes from you.
    The support team will contact you.  Due to an increased number of requests, there may be delays in processing.

    Thanks!! And not that i recall. I actually never heard of Avira. .. was there a name change maybe in the last few years?

    The only strange thing is that you describe that you do not have Avira installed.
    We have already forwarded your contribution to the support team to check whether this message can also appear if Avira has not been installed, as you say.
