    We have removed the data on your license for your safety. 

    Have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall your installation?
    You are writing here in a public forum, we have no access to your installation and to your customer account.
    If errors occur, it has nothing to do with the payment of the subscription, it has to do with your installation.
    With the information provided to us, we cannot give you any specific information about your problem.

    • Which OS do you have installed? (Exact description with version number and current updates)
    • Which Avira version do you have installed? (Exact description of the version)
    • Please describe the installation procedure.
    • Is your license displayed under subscriptions in your customer account
    • Was it installed by subscriptions?
