CompletedHi, I've followed all instructions on this and I just get pushed back to the support page every time. I can not find an email address and the support phone number you give has hung up on me every time. Please take this as notice that I will be instructing my bank not to pay the subscription. I have spent an hour now trying to inform you, via your own instructions but this is not possible. Therefore it is not reasonable to expect me to be able to contact you in order to cancel.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your license or cancellations, we do not have access to your customer account. You are writing here in the community, a public forum. We do not have access to your customer account.
Please log in to your customer account with the correct e-mail address, you have at least 2 e-mail addresses stored there, also check whether all of them have been verified by you.
Please make absolutely sure that you are registered under
https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/home
with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you have previously purchased Avira.
Afterwards, your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can directly contact the support:
https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support" - also by telephone.
