Hello Martín. I have faced the exact same problem... I was able to repair the blue screen by repairing the system with a usb stick. But this is getting ridiculous, im a new user of Avira and i have faced 2 big problems at the moment, the blue screen and then the context scan menu that is missing.

The avira team doesn't seem to fix any of the problems i mean, i have created 3 post in the community forum and i didnt get an answer.. The problem of the context scan menu is important and we are with it more than 1 month already and the blue screen of death is a HUGE problem. For example, im sure that if you post a problem in the Avast forum, you will be get an answer in hours...

I ended up performing a clean reinstall of Windows 11. Now the folder is gone and I sure as hell won't be reinstalling Avira again any time soon, their shitty program made me completely reinstall my OS. (This is a new laptop BTW, it has less than a month old, so the fault is clearly with Avira)
