Can't contact Avira, going round in circles
CompletedI am in the UK. My Avira Prime account was debited for auto renewal on 23 June 2022. The auto renewal starts 29 July 2022. I have the reference number. I can log in to my Avira account. However it shows no licences. No licences mean no Prime account. No Prime account means no support. The email that came with the invoice / receipt came with a UK teIephone number, which I have used. This number is "unavailable". I can find no way to contact Avira now. This is very frustrating. I am paying for Prime (5 licences) and cannot use it. Please can you find me some contact?
