    Hello sas TR pro abi,

    The technicians are working on a fix for the shell extension.

    It has already been communicated that the technicians are working on a recovery so that we can then perform a scan again via the context menu.  Thank you for your understanding.

    Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team directly from their customer account under "Support".
