Check for Updates Not Working
CompletedRan a repair install, rebooted, still not updating. Installed a manual update, now it says my update status is 21 days old. Still will not update when icon is clicked in the GUI.
System Software: Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit, Windows built-in firewall, my PC connects to the Internet via a router and a cable modem. No VPN installed.
Is there an update library file I can delete if is corrupt to repair this issue?
I am retired on a pension and can no longer afford to pay for new software.

Have you already tried uninstalling the Avira programme, restarting it and then reinstalling it?
Or a manual reinstallation according to these instructions:
