My E-MAIL PROTECTION went off on my PC
CompletedAbout a week and a half ago, my email protection for my PC (NOT my mobile phone) quit working. I have talked to an Avira technician (Tudor Marica), who (on August 1, 2022) had me run a special scan that went to your technicians. The next day, he sent me an e-mail to send him a screen shot of the protection options. Although I sent him the incorrect page that day, on yesterday, August 3, I SENT THE SCREEN SHOT OF THE PROTECTION OPTIONS PAGE, WHICH ILLUSTRATES MY E-MAIL PROTECTION IS NOT ON. PLUS, IT SHOWS THE TURN ON BUTTON. (I HAVE CLICKED and CLICKED THAT BUTTON, BUT THE EMAIL PROTECTION WILL not TURN BACK ON. That BUTTON just goes into those ANNOYING SPINS as if it is loading. But it doesn't. The green turn-on button returns. Today, I have tried phoning Avira again and have been holding a full hour. (It is 12:30 PM here--that means it is 9:30 PM there. Avira SHOULD be open.
