Cannot delete an Avira system extension

I tried to remove Avira completely from my Mac (running Monterey but this file is protected from deletion:

/Library/SystemExtensions/1C0493C2-9002-4E4A-8465-DC72EBA8AAB5/com.avira.scanservice.systemextension

I tried to delete it from Terminal in Recovery Mode, but Terminal could find no files inside "/Macintosh\ HD/Library/SystemExtensions".

Anyone know how I can get rid of the thing?
