Free Trial
CompletedI have activated the free trial of Avira Prime but no subscription is active on my Dashboard, therefore I am unable to use the services that I should have on a 60 day trial. What can I do?

You have 2 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account, unfortunately one has not yet been verified by you.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.If the purchased Prime trial version is not displayed in your customer account at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans your access data (e-mail address with the password you chose when ordering the Prime trial version) are unfortunately incorrect.
After logging into your customer account correctly, you can then install the Prime trial version according to the illustrated instructions:
