    Have you deleted the account, even though subscriptions were stored there?
    It is described that the subscriptions are also irrevocably deleted, did you really follow these instructions, see:

    We here in the community, a publicly accessible forum, cannot restore your subscriptions, this can only be done by the support team after you have submitted your declaration of consent. We would then create a one-time ticket for you so that the support team can contact you by email in accordance with GDPR. The necessary data can then be exchanged.
