Anti-virus realtime switch-off

My Avira does not have a tick for realtime when  I right-click from the taskbar

  Hallo Philip,

  Unfortunately, you have not given us any information about your installed operating system and the installed Avira version.
  However, if you right-click on the Avira icon in the taskbar, you should see "Switch off system protection". This is also displayed as real-time protection to temporarily deactivate Avira.

  Unfortunately, we cannot get a picture with your information. Please describe exactly which setting you are concerned with.
  Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team from their customer account directly under "SUPPORT" or under  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support  

  From there, access to your customer account can be established, which we unfortunately do not have here in the community.
