    Thank you for your reply; at least someone is answering.
    Yes it's true, I've contacted Avira support, I've created a ticket, but unfortunately nobody answers and it's very nerve-wracking. I think I'll switch to another provider if this is the service I pay for. The request for help in the community was to get feedback from someone who had experienced the same problem as me.

    is it now solved? I'm not sure to buy this software. I have the same problem with the "free" version.
