Unfortunately, we are unable to follow up on your request with the information you provided.
If you do not receive the confirmation code, please take a look at your email address and phone number again.We have no access to your customer account and absolutely no access to your telephone connection or your provider.
If you do not receive a call from a correctly entered telephone number, it would be advisable to have your details checked at the telephone connection.
You are writing here in a public forum, unfortunately we have no access to your customer account or your installation. Avira can only work with the telephone number stored by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.Many greetings

I'm in the same boat. My main account is under E-Mai address has been removed and when I try to log in, it just tells me "Code sent to cell number." But that cell number, I don't have anymore...so On a scale of 1-10...how royally screwed am I? I left a message on Help Avira Twitter and am waiting for a response. I had to create another account to try to get some help on this.
