    Please never post personal data or email addresses in a public forum for your own protection.

    Please log in with the access data of the order in your customer account.  You have  3  email accounts stored in your customer account. Important: The e-mail address that was used when placing the order!
    Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration (with subscription reference number) can contact the support team from the customer account under "SUPPORT", by e-mail, chat and (partial) phone

    Questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.

    Due to your constantly changing and new contributions, no overview of your contributions is possible. It would make sense for you and for us to stay in one thread to keep the overview.

    1. The Avira Community is not a way to contact our support directly.
    2. Do not share any personal information (e.g. your address or email address).
    3. Description: How do I create a post?

    You write on 6/16/2013 only: "Reset Paypal"?

    We do not have access to your customer account in the community, in this public forum, nor do we have permission to change anything in your contracts!

    Have you ever looked into your customer account, where your license is stored? Again: Please log in to your customer account with your access data (e-mail address and the password you chose for this order), then your ordered subscription will be displayed in your customer account under YOUR ACCOUNT / Active Subscriptions and you can make all settings according to your wishes. In addition, you can contact the support team after correct registration directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": by e-mail, chat and (partly) telephone !
