No Customer Support, Cant access account
TerminéeGetting customer support here is worse than getting support on eBay and I thought that was bad :/
Anyway, I can't login to my other account. My computer doesn't work (my other one) and i dont have the password to the email that I used. But Avira only has 2 methods to get back in the account, neither of them work for me.
I have all my payment details, what can I do without customer support?

The email address and the password you chose for this subscription are required to access your account. Have you tried to create a new password under "Forgot password"? Unfortunately, this does not work with a 2FA installation. We do not have any information about your settings.Premium customers with a valid license and correct access data can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support".
You are writing in the Avira Community, a public user2user forum. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account, your access data and your installation.
Questions about the license or the payment process can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
The publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.

You have multiple email addresses stored in the customer account, please check if all of them are correctly verified by you.-1
