You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. For your security, we have removed all personal data for your safety. Please never post personal information like bank account details and licenses in a public forum.
You have 2 email addresses in your Avira account. Please log in with the email address of the license order in your customer account, then your license will be displayed immediately in your customer account and can be installed directly from there. Only with your access data, which you used when ordering - belonging to your purchased subscription, will be displayed.
A license will not be activated by Avira for a long time, you will also find the invoice in your customer account with which you ordered the license. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly.
