Passwords deleted randomly

Went to log in to my app, and saw that all but 6 of my passwords had been deleted. I did not delete them. Is there an issue with the app? I am using the free version, am I limited in how many passwords I can save? That wasn't stated when I signed up, so now I am super frustrated and will need to find a new password manager if that's the case.
