    Unfortunately, you have not provided us with any information about your Avira version. You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum, we have neither access to your customer account nor to your installation. Questions about the license or your installation can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.

    Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to view the logs from the user side. For security reasons, access should no longer be made available.
    When the scans are completed, you should see a button to get a more detailed view of the scan report.
    The previous view is no longer available.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT". The community, a publicly accessible forum, does not have access to your customer account. You can get a detailed description and the current status of the change from the support team.
