If I do subscribe to a subscription for different device and pay a fee for 4 devices.

Do the only option is to download VPN protection from Apple App Store for mobile ?

I went there no problem to download it but if you want the premium you need to pay a fee of $41.99 for the year. 

I don't understand why you have to pay a fee if you have a subscription for 4 devices including iPhone and android and Mac computer. Can someone help please ?

  If you have purchased a license and are logged in correctly, this message will not be displayed. If it is displayed, your registration is not correct - then your license is not installed correctly by you.

  Only you can answer that, you ordered the license, and only you can know where you purchased the license."
